Return, exchange, and cancellation policy
Fabric is cut to individual order (buyer's specified meterage), therefore returns of non-defective goods are not accepted.
Exchange and Return of Defective Goods
If you received a defective item (stains, holes, color mismatch) or an incomplete order, you are entitled to an exchange or refund.
Conditions for exchange/return of defective goods:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods
- Provide photos or video of the defect
- The goods must not have been used (not sewn)
Refund Timeframes
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the goods were defective or a shipping error was made.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipping. To cancel, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
Cancellation before shipping is free of charge.
