Public Offer

1. General Provisions

This document is an official proposal (public offer) of Kurama Holdings LLP, BIN 220940003081, represented by Director Bagai Amaniyz Muratuly, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", addressed to any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", to enter into a distance sale agreement on the terms set forth below.

Placing an order on the website kurama.kz constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance (accession) of the terms of this offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Seller undertakes to deliver textile products (curtain fabrics, tulle, accessories) to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods on the terms of this offer.

3. Order Procedure

• The Buyer places an order on the website kurama.kz by selecting products, specifying quantities, and filling in contact details.
• After the order is placed, the Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the order.
• The order is considered confirmed after details are agreed upon and payment is made.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Product prices are listed on the website in tenge (₸) and include VAT.
• Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout.
• Payment is made by bank card via the Halyk Bank epay system or by bank details via WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Terms

The Buyer may collect the order by pickup from the warehouse in Almaty, or arrange KAMAZ delivery through partner transport companies serving cities across Kazakhstan. When delivery is selected, the Buyer pays the Seller a 500 ₸ processing fee at checkout, and pays the transport company's rate (approximately 1,500–3,000 ₸) to the carrier on receipt of the goods.

7. Liability

• The Seller is not liable for damage caused to the Buyer due to improper use of goods.
• The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by transport companies.

8. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-performance if it is caused by force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, government decisions, etc.).

9. Personal Data

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal Data

10. Miscellaneous

• The Seller reserves the right to amend this offer without prior notice.
• All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing agreement, through the courts under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
