There are two ways to receive your order: pickup from our Almaty warehouse, or KAMAZ delivery through partner transport companies serving cities across Kazakhstan.

Pickup
Collect your order yourself from our warehouse in Almaty after coordinating with the manager.

KAMAZ Delivery to Pickup Point
The order is sent by KAMAZ of a partner transport company to your city and waits for you at its pickup point. After checkout we will contact you with the pickup-point address.
The carrier and exact cost depend on the city and order volume. Door-to-door delivery from the carrier is not provided — you collect the order from the pickup point yourself.
Delivery Cost
At checkout: you pay us a 500 ₸ processing fee for preparing the order and handing it off to the transport company.
On receipt: you pay the transport company's rate directly to the carrier. This is typically 1,500–3,000 ₸ depending on the city and order weight.
Final Order Price
The total payable at checkout = product price + 500 ₸ for delivery (if KAMAZ is selected). The carrier's rate (≈ 1,500–3,000 ₸) is paid separately on receipt. Pickup is free.
